Kate Ring
Executive Director

Kate Ring has been appointed by the Yates ARC Board of Directors to be the Executive Director of the Yates ARC. Ms. Ring previously was the Executive Director of Early Childhood Services-Action for Better Community in Rochester. Kate comes to the agency with a wealth of experience and 20 years as a Senior Executive.

Donna Pollard-White
Assistant Executive Director

Donna Pollard-White expressed an interest in working with people with disabilities while in high school and began her career with the Yates ARC in 1978. She became Assistant Executive Director in 1990. Ms. Pollard-White acquired her BSW from Rochester Institute of Technology.
