What does it mean to me to volunteer at Yates ARC?

"Though most of the "work" I do is of clerical nature, there are opportunities to interact with the consumers in the workshop. I can assure you, I've never met a group of individuals who are more appreciative of even the smallest courtesies. They are warm, loving folks. So it makes my volunteer work a pleasure, as well as fulfilling that basic need to be useful."
